🌞️The morning sunshine in Okumura is the most considerate, gently sprinkled on the face, accompanied by the smell of green grass and the breeze wrapped in dew, the Ignite Spirit Wellness morning running group is ready to start the first run in Okumura! 🔥🌿
💙Coach Lily, wearing a lake blue sportswear and knee-high sports socks of the same color, was waiting for everyone at the reserved location early. Coach Lily came from Mississauga specifically to lead everyone in the “group run”. Her running team in Mississauga always has more than 30 people. Her “small low high, fixed heart rate” running method has helped many friends who did not dare to try running before because of age, body shape, weight, chronic diseases and other reasons! Friends who participated in the first run in Okumura this time also want to learn in person and find the correct and safe running method to get their bodies moving! 😊🌿
Get ready, let’s go!
🏃 Coach Lily briefly introduced everyone and explained the running method in detail: walk for one minute, run for one minute, walk for one minute, run for one minute, and repeat this cycle. One particularly important point is to run according to the teacher’s instructions to avoid wear and tear on joints and ligaments. Lily said: “The correct running posture is very important. In addition to using scientific methods to gradually find a suitable heart rate range for running, the correct running posture is directly related to the body’s fatigue throughout the entire run, so that the body feels balanced from beginning to end without feeling particularly tired. The correct running posture can ensure that everyone’s joints are not damaged and reduce the risk of injury.”
🏃🏃🏃 Following the coach’s footsteps, our bodies that don’t usually exercise also slowly began to move. We combined walking and running and followed the coach’s standard running posture. Our heart rate was kept stable. We didn’t feel particularly tired at the end of the run. We felt happy and satisfied. Our breathing gradually stabilized, and our bodies felt lighter and full of energy! 💪😄
😄🌤️After the run, Coach Lily summarized for everyone: “We use the method of small low and high and fixed heart rate to run, which is to find a running frequency that suits our heart rate range. By calculating our heart rate when we are at rest, we can calculate the heart rate for easy running, and then gradually improve our cardiopulmonary function within this heart rate range.” Finally, the coach did not forget to assign “homework” to everyone, and they had to do leg strength exercises every day💪️
💡Ignite Spirit Wellness——Light up your health, start with lighting up every day.
💡Ms. Shelly, the founder of Ignite Spirit, said after participating in the event: “Coach Lily is very professional. I, who usually does not move, actually completed the entire running course. I am very confident that under the guidance of Coach Lily, I can gradually reach the goal of running 5 kilometers. Ignite Spirit Wellness is the perfect interpretation of our organization’s focus on health and embracing nature. I hope more and more friends will join us in running to start a healthy life!”
