What You’ll Do
- Facilitate & Plan Sessions: Lead regular Inspire English learning sessions, focusing on practical daily conversation, cultural integration, and interactive group discussions.
- Guide & Mentor Volunteers: Support peer volunteers during sessions, assigning roles and fostering a collaborative, encouraging team atmosphere.
- Engage Participants: Welcome newcomers, assess group needs, and create an inclusive, comfortable environment where participants feel safe practicing English.
- Program Oversight: Track basic session summaries and collaborate with Ignite Spirit leadership to continuously improve program quality.
