Inspire innovation —— As a lecturer, you design course content and links, considering how to stimulate students’ learning interest, learn English and integrate into Canadian culture in real situations.
Increased responsibility and leadership —— As an instructor, you will be responsible for organizing and planning courses, managing classes, managing time, and influencing others.
Use diversified evaluation to promote all development —— As a lecturer, you will receive constructive feedback from adult students, combine the evaluation, fully understand your own shortcomings and strengths, and promote your own improvement.

Volunteer Recruitment and Application Process
- High School Students (All Grades)
- Individuals with Patience and Responsibility. Must ensure time for lesson preparation and teaching.
- Strong Communicators, Creative Thinkers, and Leaders. Should be eager to grow beyond teaching by designing and managing courses, constantly challenging themselves.
Application Steps
1. Submit a personal introduction to Ignite Spirit.
2. Prepare a 3 minutes self-introduction video.
3. Attend a 30 minutes in-person trial lesson (topic of your choice).

Onboarding Process for Volunteer Instructors
Confirm the instructor's identity
Identify your preferred teaching topic and prepare lesson materials. - Attend Ignite Spirit’s trial lesson session. - Successfully pass the trial and confirm your volunteer instructor status.
Before Class
Finalize the lesson date and topic with Ignite Spirit. - The Ignite Spirit team will prepare promotional materials to recruit students.
In Class
Arrive at the designated teaching location on time. - Ignite Spirit will arrange classroom setup and logistics.
After Class
The Ignite Spirit team will collect student feedback. - Discuss with volunteer instructors to schedule the next class.
